This video shows you how to calculate the control panel weight and Sheet metal weight calculation method, including formula and example calculation.
Control panel or Electrical panel is generally made up of Sheet metals. Hence the first portion of the video tells you the sheet metal weight calculation. Based on that the Panel weight is getting calculated, which has been covered in the second portion of the video.

What if the panel has different thicknesses? I mean if the panel frame thickness is 2mm and the mounting plate of each feeder size is 1.6mm thickness. How to get weight of the panel?

You doesn't consider flanges, it have also weights

This calculation is only for sheet metal.

@@SimpleScience i am saying that it is theoretical calculations. In practical way every side we provide edge flange for nut bolt mounting. So the weight will increase. Sometime we provide welding for joining edge. Welding will also add the weight

Along with flanges, a mounting plate's weight will also be included. Sometimes it is of different weight. All in all you can add 1 to 1.5 kg for all that along with welding and powder coating or paint as per panel make.
