Pace, you touched the heart of the education debate. I have two Masters and a PhD. People go to schools, taking huge loans wanting to become a well-rounded human being and for getting jobs. But the outcome is often something else. They often miss out becoming the desired human being and they struggle getting jobs. Some schools however understand the problem and increase student interactions with the industry. Pace, don't be surprised if schools come knocking your doors.

Pace you rock man and I can feel how you are a giving person. I just joined the gator program. I want to provide some constructive feedback and say that I am 40 minutes into this recording and you have spent 40 minutes talking about people showing up late, androids and how name should appear on the zoom. People show up late because they know this is what’s gonna happen and they are just gonna waste time listening to irrelevant stuff. I think you should start your material about 5-10 minutes post giving live and people will show up on time knowing they will miss important stuff if they show up late. Sorry brother but I just want to share perspective. Thanks 🙏🏽

Pace theres alot of people in subject2 that never respond or they ghost you when it takes 5mins tosay no or askmore questions. You have always taught investors to respond and answer the phone. Its also respectful but some forget once they start making a little money. Being kind doesnt cost anything , and dont claim to be what you are not for example a buyer when not, its amazing how many on here that are not the real deal so please be careful.... ask for property numbers then ghost you then ignore you dont even ask questions or tell you whit doesnt fit there buy box...
