I'll give you one thing which worked for me.....try practicing mindfulness ....for example when you are brushing your teeth every morning...notice how smoothly your hand is moving and cleaning your mouth.....you realise how many years of practice it took that now your hand just know how to clean your teeth even when you are absent minded ........ pick up just 1 2 things from daily routine and whenever you do that thing just try to observe what your body is doing and how amazing that is
