Great demo on the do’s and don’ts for a headliner install. Can you give me an idea of where you can obtain the little “T” clips that hold the side rail tack strips in place? Not the ones where the sail panel are is- the ones that go around the sides and top of the rear window and windshield , and the side window sections?

I have already done the headliner on my 67 Firebird once, but I'll be pulling it out to add some insulation, at the time, the "original" had ripped and was hanging down. There was no insulation under it, so I just put it back in as it was. Thanks for the video, it confirmed I did it right (other than the lack of insulation). My daughter has a 72 Mustang, and between the two the Firebird is so much easier to work on & so many things are better designed for the guy working on the car it has always seemed hard to imagine that mechanical type of guy would prefer a Mustang. P.S. I was raised a Ford guy up until I got a 56 GMC pickup when I was 16. I've never looked back! Actually I did have an 87 Ford pickup that was a great truck. but I digress. How do you install the 3 rear trim pieces that hold the headliner trim around the back window? I have the 13 pc clip set but they look like they should be compressed some how?

I see you using that black U channel to install the headliner. Will you be removing that after the glue sets and replacing it with the correct U channel? My front piece has a half gap right where the mirror mounts. Plus, mine are blue to match the headliner color.

on 1971 camaro .How do the clips come off that hold the wide metal trim up top down each top side. There about 3" wide about 3' long. Looking for video of you taking it off. Thanks for 1970 camaro the A/C dash removal, I coundt have made without you guys.

The part that throws me is at the 8:00 mark where you talk about centering the wire inside the sleeve to the center of the headliner. Why not just make a mark on the wire's centerline and cut a slit in the sleeve at the center of the headliner and just push the wire through until you see the wire's centerline mark appear through the slit?

Will it be possible to install a headliner with a 10 point rollcage already installed, 68 firebird

I don’t understand why you care about how position since you’re not putting in the same headliner? I thought the variation was to help out with differences in headliners. 🤷‍♂️
