When I say that you need bigger blotches in camo, it is because one of the aims of a camo pattern is to break up the silhouette of the object. If a pattern is very busy with little blotches, the whole gun becomes one universal color at distance.
Thank you for your feedback! Quick tip, you can change patterns with color applied (just keep the spray paint in hands), no need to remove them as they will stay as you change the pattern. This way you can quickly preview various patterns without needing to repaint them each time :)
@@_Minoza_ Yeah, I noticed that. It gets limited if you switch to a pattern with fewer colors, though. No serious complaints, though. The system works. How do the guns look when viewed by someone without the DLC?
@@TacShooter Should still work the same, DLC owner can paint a gun for non DLC owner however such patterns will fade away over time for non DLC owners.
It appears that you can give a camo patterned gun to a player that doesn't have the DLC, but when the server restarts I believe the paint job goes away. I have heard that players without the DLC can still paint their guns a solid color.
