Who need this. The real question is how to cancel booking without cancellation option even tho I'm trying to cancel months in advance

Not all hotels, inns and motor hotels have free cancellation policies. Most of them you must cancel 5 days prior to your arrival in order to get your full refund.

Just been screwed over,they charged me 180 pounds cacencelation fee and 24 pounds refund.8 days before.
