I watched the video in the link you sent, I don't know your language, I translate and write. You tell me the sequence in written form, I will translate and read it. Good evening Sir. I was driving on Bolt in Makurdi but I relocated to Abuja recently. Since my relocation to Abuja, I noticed that Bolt has stopped giving me bonuses. I have contacted Bolt support but this has not changed. I have to pay high commission every day and this is driving me insane. What do I do?

I'm not sure of there's a clear cut yardstick for determining who gets bonuses on bolt.... If there is am yet to decipher it.... For the meantime just keep at your normal work.... In due time the bonus will pop up on your screen..... I'd also been a victim in the past wherein colleagues were having bonuses but there was nothing for me.... So I'm sure it will pass .... Sorry I don't have a technicality fix for this issue

Good afternoon. Bolt blocked my account for offline trips. I hardly do offline and even if I want to charge more, I still keep it online. I’m surprised by this action. Is there a way to stop this? Thanks

sorry to hear that.....with bolt, there's really nothing much that can be done....you simply have to keep an eye on driver's score and acceptance rate, make sure it doesn't drop below the prescribed threshold. good luck

@@RIDESHARINGMINUTES The issue here is that my driver score and acceptance rate is high. My driver score is 78 and my acceptance rate is 88. So I wasn’t blocked because of low rating, but due to signals of offering offline trips. Is there a way to avoid such signals?

If that's not the case .... Might be that one of your customers has reported you to bolt.... Think back if you've had any falling out with a customer....could be the only viable explanation at this point..... If your driver's score and acceptance rate is around those numbers you provided, then I don't think it has anything to do with offline trips .... Send the customer care a message see if they get back to you with an answer
