Changing the case of a sentence or word is crucial in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft word has built-in solution for this but in excel there is no built-in button or solution for this. But the problem in this method is that you’ll need a helper column for that. Let’s say you have sentences in column A which needs to be converted. You’ll have to write the formula in column B. But now in this video I’ve fully automated the whole process. I’ve created a VBA in a way so that it will convert the sentence as you type. It means you type your sentence in whatever case you like, but when you press enter the sentence will be converted in a way that only the first letter will be in uppercase and the rest of the sentence will be in lowercase. The procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Right-click on the worksheet tab
Step 2: Click on view code.

Step 4: Close the VBE (Visual Basic Editor)
Done.
