I feel like it should but dont quote me on it. I mainly went lucky shot because I didn't think I would be able to take over with the full ult build and needed to take isolated fights on the grey talon

Yeah, you just buy Lucky Shot and Richochet and Tesla Bullets (which now all work with bullet dance and make the damage fucking stupid) and press 4. Add in an unstoppable so you can't be stunned out of it. Easy.

+20% fire rate, cooldown reduction, more weapon damage and fixation stacks do spirit damage so it ramps up. I think the main part is that it gives you nice raw stats cooldown + fire rate + weapon damage
