Every tactical bassin fan knows what speed cranking is lol great video, its neat hearing your take on speed cranking, they always say to throw in a pause, "burn burn burn pause, burn burn pause, burn burn burn burn pause" and every tactical bassin fan read that in Matt's voice 😂

throwing in front of the boat running trolling motor then using 5,6 gear ration i dont care how fast you wind the bait not moving no faster..If anyone ever seen granny gear in a truck you stomp the gas an it still moves no faster its all about the gear ratio.LMAO i love people say speed cranking just in there mind they think bait moves faster.I use to always use spinning reel i say look i put reel on my hip wind it fast i could turn the handle just winding in fish they had them faster reels say i cant get them to hit it going so fast LMAO i got a 9,5 gear ratio an bass want touch lurer going that fast even though i wind it slow i tried this last week when we was catching fish every cast

I do enjoy burning a crankbait. I've had a lot of success using a big squarebill on 45° banks just offshore.

I was speed cranking for Ontario smallmouths all day today!! It was too windy to use any finesse tactics and they weren't interested in any paddle tails. I only had a medium diver crank bait in the right colors so speed was the answer. Was lucky enough to boat tons of fish!!
