Roll the ear plugs like a end of a cigarette ( ahemm) then with the opposite side hand reach over your head and grab the top of your ear and pull up while you are putting the plug in. It helps straighten your ear canal and you can get them in deeper where they will stay. You can roll them super small so you shouldn't have a issue with that.

Bluegills and shellcrackers make the best fish tacos! Fillet, and fry crispy with cracker crumbs. Great eating.

Best ear plugs for small ears…flareaudio isolate plugs. They’re aluminum and they are amazing!! They come with 3 different sized foam pieces. Love them!!

Kelly, don't spit on them... The secret to foam ear plugs is to roll them to a skinny stick looking thing and then stick them in your ears while they are long and skinny like a match stick and then they expand to the inside of your ear... They do not hit the sides of your ear canal going in if you roll them back and forth long enough..Keep at it till you get the Ah Ha moment.

Wild Ear EarzOn soft silicon custom earplugs. They cost a $100 but they are custom fit and if you’re going to do a bunch of air boating and shooting they are worth it for comfort and saving your hearing.

Kelly, foam earplugs are only good as long as there is some waxiness to them. The waxiness is what allows you to roll them tight and keeps them tight for about 10 seconds while you insert them into your ears. The comment about reaching over your head and pulling the top/back of your ear to open the ear canal is spot on - after you roll the earplugs that stay rolled. you all keep up the good work and be safe with your hearing; you can't get it back.

Roll the plugs between your fingers and make them small, grag the top of your ear and pull back (gently) your ear will open a little bit allowing you to put the plug in. Try pulling your ear back and feel with you finger while doing it and you'll feel it enlarge and understand what I'm telling you. 👍 Hello from Australia, luv your channel

Re: foam earplugs, what you do is, you twist the end to reduce the size, then insert. They then expand to fill the earhole.

We've had an issue with moss and under growth since all of the grass carp died in the last bad drought... I just tug, tug, reel! Lol!

Cool video! Back in 1993 we used a cast net for shad to catch some bass. Caught a huge shellcracker. Realizing they were bedding we went to the bait store and got some worms then caught 80 or so!!! This video reminded me of that trip.

Grab yourself a pair of the auto volume controlled ear plugs. They fit like ear buds, you can use them when you hunt as well. They also come water proof.

Hey Kelly those ear plugs make a great float when we fish for whiting, they float on top of the water with the outgoing current using shrimp as bait. Whiting love it.

If you're going to use foamies, as others have said, roll the foam plugs until they are super skinny and hold them in your ears until they expand. Otherwise, I've been using Eargasm Earplugs for years. They have multiple sizes along with a smaller ear model. But, my favorite is Jaybird Tarah Pro wireless headphones. Even if you aren't listening to music, they block A LOT of the outside noise. They don't have active "noise cancelling". The silicone ear pieces just fit so well that it doesn't need it. If I'm in a situation where I need to hear a little outside noise, I just give them a slight twist to open them up. They come with multiple sizes in the box. I have other in ear headphones with similar properties, but at double the price of the Jaybirds.

Hey Kelly I have the same problem with those ear plugs. Try squeezing the air plug to compress it and then pull slightly down on the bottom of your ear lobe with one hand while inserting the plug with the other.

Yep get them earplugs warm..twist them back and forth to make them skinnier...but not too skinny...then quickly pull up on the top of your ear while putting it in before it expands too much.. and be careful not to go in too far it will hurt..i know i have to use them at my work..hope this helps!

Kelly, yall should get a 2 way radio system similar to an aircraft with headsets so you can talk to each other while under way. They make them for offroad racing as well. Hope that helps

recomendation N01. invest in an intercom set.. like the ones the helicopter pilots use.. the prices have dropped dramatically and affordable. you can talk you yourselves and still comment on you you tube channels. it would be a game changer for your air boat vids and repay themselves extremely quickly.
