WOW! This was soooo cool! Thank you for showing this video. Definitely buying the entire line for my new purchase, a 2011 velocity yellow corvette grand sport!!
Should have gone to the comment section before watching all 22 minutes... lol jk. I loved the video too. Can't wait for better weather to bust out my detail kit recently purchased.
I am a Mobile Detailer and I use 100% of their products and the vehicles look AMAZING I absolutely love these guys and all of their videos and products
The best part is that HydroSpeed doesn't have a curing time, so you can use it if its going to rain tmrw and have that quick ceramic protection from the rain. Awesome product I have purchased
I've been nothing but thoroughly impressed with all the chemicals and products that you guys make. I have only tried a handful of them and I can't say enough about them. I did before and after pictures on my Facebook page and people were just amazed
Finally got to use my HydroSuds and HydroSlick today. So far very impressed, the HydroSlick in partucular went on very easy and wasn't too bad to remove. I did learn the hard way to apply/remove panel by panel, especially on glass. If you leave it sit too long, it takes a lot more effort to remove cleanly.
I'm about to use my hydrosuds carwash with my new pressure washer from you guys. Can't wait. I love that you guys stand by your products and teach people how to use them properly.
Excellent tutorial! I'm thoroughly impressed and learned so much. I bought a new truck this month and immediately purchased three interior products from Chemical Guys after doing some online research. I've been so happy with the items I purchased and am now noticing more and more Chemical Guys products / kits in local stores including Costco and Walmart. Today I decided to subscribe at RU-vid and began watching videos to better understand the full line of products offered. I'm hooked now and looks like I'll be doing the ceramic process next day off from work. Keep up the professional work, Chemical Guys. Cheers and I'll be spreading the word. 🛻 👍🍻
I’m going to be honest, I was skeptical buying ceramic coat products from Walmart, but I have used your cleaning products before and been blown away by them. So I tried the Hydro speed just to see and my paint is GLOWING. Really brought my car to life. I definitely will be doing the full process like in this video for sure .
Awesome video & step by step detail, not only inspired me to buy some of these new products (just when I thought I had everryyyything...) but I was very successful in using them all and the application of the products! Even the Torq buffer I got from you guys was SOOO simple (my 1st time ever using one..) I was skeptical since I just got a new s5 but in the end omg omg wow this method and these product charge, slick & vss made the Navarra Blue pop like I never imagined! Thank you!!
I love y’alls Blazin’ Banana Spray Wax. It’s 🔥. Smells amazing, and the carnauba wax in it really does a great job at making the paint easier to clean. As well as a very glossy finish. Very shiny. I live on a calíchè road and my truck is Oxford White. But I went 2 weeks without a wash cause I ran out of my first bottle of Blazin’ Banana wax. Noticed before washing it that it still held a great shine even after 2 weeks driving dirt roads and highways. Love you guy’s products
I notice this weekend when the garage door was down and the area was controlled it wiped off great. When the door would go up and any humidity would come in the wax would be tough to wipe, control the area and you’ll be fine.
I did not know that was yalls product been using it on my 2021 f450 and excited to do a full restore on my 2007 Mercedes’ that has not been washed in 2 years
I used Carbon Force on my wrap last year and it was very easy besides me forgetting to crack open the garbage door lol and the results stunning after proper prepping of course. I might try the Hydro Charge next time and compare the two.
Hi Luis! Wet sanding is the most effective method of removing scratches from headlights. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fOthbXKoCmQ.html
Great presentation and even better energy! I'm considering a professional ceramic coat but not sure I can really justify the cost. How would you compare using CG ceramic products vs pro? It seems like at least annual treatments are needed which I'm fine with for the cost savings, but what about the level of protection, etc vs the pro applied stuff?
Both are a great choice and can be used together for more durability and shine. Check out HydroSlick which can be applied to any surface that is gloss painted, shiny or clear.
I was time pressed, applied 1 coat of hydrocharge, followed by 1 coat of hydroslick. Would it benefit to apply another coat or more of hydroslick when i can another day? Can you apply more coats after a general wash later on?
@@ChemicalGuys I shop in the northern California detail garage shop alot, how can I get a banner for my garage. I also make youtube videos and would like the CG banner in the background of my videos
@@ChemicalGuys do you have videos for ceramic BMW M3 G80 wheels, it get dirty even just clean... been seeing lot of people do their wheels, but got to see from your, thanks
@chemical guys : y’all Need a clay block for med/heavy duty. I love convenient the light/med duty clay block. Drop it, spray it clean, continue coating the vehicle.
What a great demo. Dumbed it down for me thanks. I love chemical guys products ,I use the leather kit all the time. Question can your products be applied in the sun?
Just bought a new vehicle and want to do this process to enhance the shine. There are absolutely no scratches or swirls in the paint. Should I polish it first or can I get by with just using the clay bar first? Thanks for all the awesome videos!
Buying a new Tesla and gonna have it PPF wrapped but to save on costs was thinking to do this myself. Anything different about this process if being applied over new car and PPF ?? Thank you
I noticed a lot of videos are done inside. Is it possible to do any of this outside. Want to keep my car looking good but don’t have access to a garage.
If you were going to use something like plastic restorer for the trim, where would that fit into these steps here? And what chemicals would go over it, if any?
What do you do with the applicator and the towel used to buff off the ceramic? Do they contain ceramic and need throwing away in case the residue hardens on them? Answered at 14:18 ! Many thanks !!
My ceramic coating is a couple of years old. It does not shine like it did and water does not bead like it did when the coating was new. Do I have to remove the old coating or can I polish and recoat?
What if I had ceramic coating done at a detail shop and I have some small swirls after several months and washing. Can I use VSS Without it removing the ceramic coating?
