That doesn't sound good. Can you get something like a screwdriver underneath the nut to push/lever it upwards as you turn it?

I'm pretty sure that you don't need a radio code for any of the mark 7 fiestas. I didn't and there's a comment below from the owner of a 2012 fiesta who didn't either. If you have stop:start on your fiesta, it might be worth reading this: www.fordownersclub.com/forums/topic/118012-replacing-battery/

@@bigtedshome No the radio works fine. I was thinking if there was any other reason to have it coded. I have read somewhere that if you change the capacity of the battery you need to code it in order for it to charge correctly or something. I also have start/stop, but that has never worked for some reason..
