Excellent - Thanks for getting dirty for this tutorial. Changing the tire is the easy part, but sorting out & configuring the "puzzle piece" tools can be a challenge - Nice to be prepared BEFORE the flat. Oh, and nice Mini too...we love ours!

What if you have a floor jack the one with wheels, how would you change the tire, what part of the truck needs to be lifted up?

It is advised to chock the diagonal tire. For example, if the rear right tire is being changed, put chocks with the spike side down on the front left tire.

Great video guys. I know how to change a tire but there are a couple caveats that would have drove me crazy. I live in Florida so every second counts if you’re on the side of the road changing a tire.

I came looking on how to get the damn wheel chocks back in place properly as I didn't pay attention when I took them out. I figured it out eventually with some messing around though. Face the knob of the jack towards the sky and put the jack in place. Take the little hook and hook it around the bottom side of the cylinder part of the jack. Take the chocks and the short side goes over the base of the jack and the threads of the hook goes through the hole on the long side of the chocks. Tighten the plastic wingnut and you're good to go.

why doesnt my spare tire go down ? it gets really hard when i turn it counter clock wise . but it goes up perfectly fine

I am removing my front drivers side wheel. I loosened the lugnuts, however, is there another piece to loosen before my wheel will come off?

Are you not supposed to use a spot on the frame to jack it up?

I toss that factory Jack crap out , buy a small floor Jack and but in truck 👍👍
