Sometimes the object type you first assign an object in Capacities is no longer the best fit. Changing an object type is super easy, you just need to make sure all the information has somewhere to go in your new object.
I would like to suggest an idea. I don't think it's possible to create a zettle from a piece of text. When I take a literary note, I first take my note in its entirety. Then, I tend to use the "note refactor" plugin on Obsidian, which allows transforming all H1, H2, H3, H4, and everything under the indentation into a new note. On Capacities, I believe I can transform a line, but then I have to copy and paste the content manually, which is a bit tedious. Additionally, it would be nice to have a preview of the linked note or to be able to open it in a new tab. I haven't seen if that's possible. Otherwise, the tool is great, but I'm waiting to experiment with it more to see if I will switch from Obsidian. What I like less about Obsidian is its lack of ergonomics, sometimes its complexity, and its not very minimalist aesthetics. But I'm waiting to see if Capacities can replace this tool for me.
I was wondering how you use the Meetings property in your project page? Is it just linking to one, maybe the next? Or did you manage somehow to link to all meetings that are linked to this project?
Pre-queries I would link each meeting associated with a project any time I opened the project page. But now with queries, I would embed a query in the project page so it's all automatic! There's a screenshot for this in the docs if it's of interest: docs.capacities.io/reference/queries#object-type-queries
