Hi bro, feed line from tank 1-1/4 , run Pex and 1 inch supply hose to the hose reel, also run 1 inch portion valves and check valves on your manifold , run 5/8 hose on hose reel, never go over 200 psi on the P40, running theses specs you’ll have higher flow rate and less end of system pressure drop, compared to 1/2 inch hoses, you won’t over pressurise the diagram in the pump
I truly appreciate the feedback and knowledge! We never stop learning and are never a Ive anyone else. Those are great tips and I will re-evaluate the entire new soft wash setup and re plumb it. I am moving to a blend manifold system with remote from my buddy Heath Phelps and gonna add a 100 gallon vertical tank as well as another surfactant tank as well. One for degreaser down streaming and one for my soft wash set up. Thx bro for the support
Hey Joe….. did you get a ton of debris into your tank after installing these? If so, how did you clean it out? I made the mistake of installing these yesterday with my tank half full and now there’s a bunch of dirt and looks like small leaves all over the bottom. Trying to figure it out without draining the tank first. Thanks in advance!!!
