I think in the newest software update (or maybe even now, on my phone I can), you can use theme park to change the icons with custom packs.

You can use simple photo widget!! 1. Download the app 2. Open the widget 3. Choose your photo 4. Press on it, and click the settings icon. 5. Scroll down to others and change app to open. 6. Choose your app!! ITS not a one click thing but it works just as well as this one!!
