Every blade change should include a check of the blade part number.
The blades on the SCAG Cheetah in this video were torqued to 75 lb ft (101 nm).

Thanks for the question, The blades on the SCAG Cheetah in this video were torqued to 75 lb ft (101 nm). I've added it to the description of the video.

Did you use wood block after you installed new blades to torque then down?

Sorry if I skipped this in the video but yes, I use a wood block with a torque wrench to reinstall the blades.

So no power tools were needed? Just bust the nut on top and the blade drops?

That’s correct not power tools for this video. A long breaker bar was used on the top to free the nut. At the same time, on the bottom, a wood block is holding the blade.
