Hey Elissa, great video but after doing all the steps there is no save button on the screen? When we turn on the tv in the morning we now have Movie Hub (no sound) so I push the source button on the controller to get back to live tv. Any thoughts, I will try to do a reboot and see if that helps, thanks again.
I’ve set my Guide to “Subscribe Only” channels, so I don’t have to go through so many unwanted channels while browsing. But now I would like to remove each Spanish channel individually, as I do not speak Spanish. That’s where I’m stuck….
What a total freaking goat rope spectrum is. Their whole system is so totally Neanderthal. Takes forever to schedule a program to dvr While others allow you to program then move on to looking at something else, spectrum takes control of your TV. You can turn it off, but that's all. Can't even cancel a taping until it gets done doing it's own thing. Every so often, 3 times in the last year, they "service" their system, and wipe all the settings you've spent hours setting up - YES, it is that slow and intricate. Even this one here - setting an "on" channel - you have to waste time hunting for the right app. "Why don't I use another," you say? Because MY HOA made a 'deal' with spectrum to prewire homes and get a basic price for basic service, and because they have that contract there's no competition in the area. And before you ask, YES, the banned satellite antennas. The technology is out there, but when you've got your customers by the short hair, why bring your company into the nineteenth century?
