Great video and very helpful. I just have one question. How thick are brand new brake pads? This is a used ATV I just bought, and the brake pads on it have a 1/8 thick left of brake pads left. Since I have never seen what new brake pads look like, it is difficult to judge. Thanks for answering my question and happy holidays!
Not very thick make sure yr adjuster at the bottom is not froze up? One side had rt hand threads the other has left hand..rt hand on rt side left on left side..
Got a question. I had to replace front wheel bearings in the Brake Drum on a 94 Trx300 2x4. Should I grease the axle a little upon reinstalling the drum or is it ok just like it is?
We've had issues in the past with the tolerances being out on shoes. By chance you didn't hit the break handle while doing the change? If so, open the bleeder and adjust the cylinder all the way in.
