Thanks to this video I was able to save some money doing it myself. The subtitles and arrows were very helpful. The instructions that came with my replacement regulator recommended using some silicone lubricant on the channels on the sides of the windows. My window was definitely sticking a bit, which probably hastened the demise of my motor.

Thank you. Almost the same issue, but, my window would not move down. It was down about 2" and was able to remove regulator bolts with a 10 mm wrench.
