Great video. Followed it and changed the bearings of my dio clutch. Dealer wanted 3200 rs to fix because he said whole clutch housing only comes as spare and bearing cannot be changed individually. Saved me at least 2500 rs because bearings costed only rs 200
That needle bearing, how you took out? I used hammer, and to put it back i used plastic hammer. Could not take out roller bearing at all due to not having nose pliers
Bhai dio gari ka kya bumfer bhi awaz deta hai mai jab bolta hu awaz de rahi hai to mechanic bolta h bumfer awaz krta hai isse khol denge to nhi dega kya ye sahi h ??
Our dealer told us last year that it's manufacturing defect and all Honda Dio sounds like that after a month or two. Now it's been more than a year old.
Suggestion need to clean all parts with petrol before assembling it back... Here I am little unhappy. The entire clutch house was very dirty with black grease and black powder kind of dust in it....!
Sir, maine pickup related issue ke liye Belt, variator, rollers change kiya, and clutch ko sand paper se rough krwaya...1 week acche se chla activa, but after that ye fir se purane halat me aagya hai...Plz suggest sir, how can I fix.... Regards 🙏🏼
Good explanation.....Very good.... Please, is there a gasket for the cover.....( Black cover with the kick handle ). Please, dust and water can go inside without the gasket .....please gasket for CVT cover?. Please,explain....... Thanks so much and good luck
