Thank you for explaining explicitly. I have a question and a problem which has been bothering me for a long time while I’m saying my prayers everyday. I try to get rid of bad thoughts by diverting my mind to Sachkhand Harmandir Sahib Ji or Guru Granth Sahib Ji while saying my prayers or doing path. Can I write to you personally so that I can explain what exactly is bothering me and you can guide me as to what I should be doing?
