Having done this job many times on the Mk8 Civic I can say with absolute certainty that the sensor NEVER comes out in one piece and you'll need to drop the brake disc off and drill it out. The 10mm bolt will also most likely break too as they're made of the mildest of mild steel .
@xin0 I had that happen to one of mine. I had to drill the broken bolt out, didn't take much effort, the bolts really soft, crappy steel. Had to re-cut the thread with a tap (can't remember the exact size, sorry). Drill the old sensor out too. It's plastic, it takes seconds.
@tomrafal3655 Doing this job at the minute... Can't seem to get the drill into a good place to drill the bolt out as its too big, did you put the drill in sideways?
