NOTE: If you are working on a newer engine like this you need the 1/4 drive socket, a 3/8 will not turn in the hole. If you dont have the 1/4 drive then strip the diesel supply pipe and adaptor from the injector to get access.
Hi I follow your channel and watch all your videos today I tried to change the glow plug on my nissan quashqi 1.5 2010 plate slightly different to this engine I think anyway I'm struggling with the silver charge pipe iv removed the 10mm bolt taken one end off the rubber boost pipe off its the other end with the spring clip iv complely removed the clip but the silver pipe won't come off thanks jamie
Hello I had to disconnect on nissan qashqai J10 1.5 dci 2013 one of the fuel lines to change the glow plug because was in the front and now the car doesn't start I think is because one Fuel line is without fuel, what is the quick way to fix this ? I saw some bleeding videos on youtube, but I am afraid of trying to play with fuel. Any other ways ? Will the fuel pump, also pump fuel in the fuel lines if there's air in one of the lines? Appreciate any contributions. Best Regards

My 2010 Nissan qashqai 1.5dci is showing the p0381 fault code, it’s not struggling to start but it’s got hardly any power. Could changing the glow plugs make the power come back?
Disconnect the boost pipe hose and brackets. Remove the bolt for the oil filler cap so they can both have enough flexibility to slide the plastic cover out
This particular repair was during covid19 lockdown and the dealership only had a couple of people at work but no mechanic was available due to the whole UK not being prepared for the pandemic and they didn't have work environment prepared. Hence why for legal reasons we had to do the work off-site on the road. We have been to many dealerships lately. Just recently at Audi Hitchin for dpf cleaning as they cannot get new replacement parts for an unknown amount of time.
