I have a Presto 2 which is sort of similar to the Brilliant - and I just learned a few new things that I need to go back and reread my manual -again!!! I’m a quilter and tend to use just certain settings and forget how others work😁😁😁. Thanks so much!!! Oh, and I love my Presto 2!

Just curious if people take the free lessons that all shops offer if you purchase a machine from them. I bought my Presto 2 from a shop in Greencastle , PA - I live in NC about 30 miles north of Charlotte. This shop offers free lessons which were 2 Saturdays - I drove several hundred miles to take these classes - best thing I’ve ever done!

Can you please do a video on Hover mode, if it’s available to this machine. In the “settings” video you guys made, it is mentioned that the pressure of the foot can be changed but not shown how to do it.

I have a Brilliant -I have waded thru most of the instructional manual-I was just hoping the videos would be easier to follow. I could not follow the use of the buttons on the video -it was not explained what sequence was needed or why that button was used. I have watched all the videos of instruction -pretty much all the same with regard to those of us not familiar with Babylock machines.

can you move the needle position to the right? it seems it only moves to the left of center....also i find threading the machine awkward. it is difficult to know if you have gotten the thread through the take up lever (#5) and also through position #6. is it just me or have others made such comments.

Hi Maryjane, thanks for reaching out to us. For threading the machine, make sure your presser foot is raised. You can change the width control which will move the needle. Depending on which stitch you are using you may need to switch out the foot. If you have further questions, our product support team is available to help. #3 button puts the needle in the middle position as the machine is set for a far left needle position. Not sure if this is helpful ……

@@babylocksewing I would take the class, except I can't access the class. I registered my Baby Lock, but must have entered my email address incorrectly. I contacted Bably Lock to assist me with correcting my registration information almost 2 weeks ago, yet I have not received any response!
