Thank you so much for the video. I just changed my battery after your instructions and managed just fine with my housewife tools. The bracket was a bit tricky since I did not have a long extension bar like yours, but managed with a long screw driver that fit just right into the square hole in the socket. Best of all, I am on the road again after car would not start this morning. Sincerely, Hanna
Hi, thanks for the video, helped a lot but car still doesn't work. Battery broke down after 2 weeks on vacation while having a dashcam on the OBD. Unfortunately the voltage safety didn't cut the connection. As I tried starting the car it told me engine fault and the battery led came on. After charging and changing the battery it tells me Energy Saving Mode together with the engine fault led. Andy advice before getting the car to a workshop?
Great video… you appear to have a good knowledge of electric on these vehicles… would EV’s be better with a 12 volt leisure battery in your opinion, as they don’t do cranking..?
