I didn't see any videos out there on how to change a air filter on a Porsche Cayenne GTS models 2014, 2015, 2016, or 2017 so I decided to record one for everyone.
In this video I will show you how to easily change the air filters on a 2017 Porsche Cayenne GTS. It is fairly easy and can be done with minimal tools. In-fact your vehicle comes with the tools.
There are two air filters on your Porsche Cayenne GTS and they are located on the right and left sides of the engine bay as you can see in the video. I have replaced both of my filters with K & N filters.
I have not dyno'd it but I trust the estimates from K&N's studies. I seem to feel it as well. They say in combination with a cold air intake you may see a 10-15+ addition.

First of all, thank you for the instruction. Very clear and detailed. :) It is also true that there are also two air filter for 2017 Porsche Cayenne 3.6 Platinum Edition?

Well, if the Platinum is twin turbo'd then yes, there would be 2 filters and I believe it is. It would be best to direct that question to a dealership. I am only familiar with my model and year.

Got another video I should show you. Haven't released it yet. Waiting for the dealership to solve it. Got this annoying clicking on the right side of my engine that started about 1 month ago.

@Charlie the annoying click was the high pressure fuel pump. They ended up replacing the driver side for me no charge. It has been quieter then the original. If you do a cold air intake you should notice a little more throatier sound.

You got a check engine light after replacing the engine air filter? That is odd. I know there is a cabin air filter too.

Why does this cayenne have 2013 headlights lights and 2018 rear lights? Weird never saw anything like this before. Was this built in a prison yard.

Your guess is as good as mine. It was a Porsche executive owned CPO. I have seen others with the updated headlights too and wonder why mine does not have those.
