How to Change the CSC for FREE and Enable Call Recording in One UI 6 - Samsung Galaxy devices 

Before connecting your phone to your PC via USB cable you need to remove your SIM card from your phone!! That's why you didn't get a list of CSC codes in the drop down list in the SamFw FRP software tool.

As of Feb 23 2024 The "Change CSC code" Option has been moved from "ADB" to "MTP"

I have a s23 ultra to which i changed the csc from global to mx , havent had a single update since changing but i did got caller id. Now i have a Fold 5 that i got from samsung us and wish to have caller id in this one too but im afraid i may lose updates too. Can i switch back and forth when there is a new update?

In South Africa the S22 Ultra is STILL sitting on the 1 October security patch and it is already MID DECEMBER! Our phones haven't gotten the November or December security patch nor did it receive the Android 14 and One UI 6 update. People now resort to changing their phone's CSC in order to get these updates. It's a pity that Samsung doesn't care about their customer base in Africa.

I have A54 and it has XSG CSC, when I connect it to wifi I see the pop-up that said: you have to update your service provider. I have only one restart button and after restarting it I see that my CSC change to FWD. How can I change it to the previous one?

Hello. I changed my csc of my device with the method you showed on your video to get one ui 6 update. And it didn't work. Now I want to go back to my default csc and install one ui 6 stock rom for my phones country. I heard that if stock roms country and csc is not same I wouldn't get any official update on my phone. thx finnally after multiple attent i managed to put back to canada my phone instead of usa and now i have new update for the first time in close to 1 year with my samsung s22 i suspected that the problem was the country csc tag but never managed to change it before now its finally happened and i am super happy going from android 12 to 14 is a pure joys

Done that and now Samsung wallet can't load previously added loyalty cards. Any suggestions? (Sync in on and I'm logged in my sams acc)

so, I am in US. CSC code is OYN(North America)_CHA(SpectrumMobile). no other supported CSC then? something like Thailand is not going to work in this phone, correct? It seems from the majority of these videos its all people in Asia, middle east, who are having this success of things while North America is question after question going unanswered as to why this and that no longer works, wont boot, etc.

Hello! Which of all CSCs is actually changed with this method? I live in Spain. I have EUX/-/EUX/OPV and am not receiving any OTA updates and I have Orange carrier branding on my newly bought unlocked S23. Also I can't use Samsung Pay. I suspect that the OPV is the part that is the actual problem. Can I change the OPV part of the CSC?

I've done this and changed from XFA (forgotten Africa region) to THL. Got all the latest updates that Samsung is not rolling out to the S22 series in Africa. But THL doesn't support Samsung Wallet. So I changed back to XFA. The January Security patch is supposed to be out already and of course XFA is still sitting on 1 October security patch. Now I want to know which CSC I can change to permanently so that I get the updates on time but where Samsung Wallet will also work? I was thinking ANY which is South Korea. Anyone have some advice?

Thank you! I switched my father from T-Mobile over to Visible (Verizon network) with his Galaxy S21. Wifi calling wasn't working and we need it in the very rural area we live in (we have to drive a mile down the road for cell signal). I flashed to U1 but it still showed TMB/TMB/TMB and no wifi calling. Using your guide, I flashed to XAA, it still didn't give me wifi calling. It showed XAA/XAA/TMB. I flashed again, using VZW and It instantly gave me wifi calling.

I have an S23+ S916u which shows limited amount of CSC list, none of which has call recording. How can I change it to S916B which has CSC codes with call recording options?

Awesome mate this still works great, i changed my Australian s21U to multiple different CSCs but THL/ Thailand seems to be best for here Samsung messages RCS still works & i have Voice recording. Previously i just used the single CSC XID firmware to enable recording but wasn't as good as multi OXM for this region
