Welcome back to Greg’s Mowing. In this vide so I show you how I change the drive cable on the current Hayter Harrier 56 Pro 579A.
This also applies to all Harrier 56 green models from this shape. 2019 onwards.

I was so confused for a moment, I thought this was my mower, but I was sure I'd changed that cable myself.😂

Nice demonstration Greg. Your stickers wouldn’t of come off if you left the protective film on. It’s amazing how much crap gathers in mowers in all the hidden places.

Ive got one of these. So far not that happy with it . The roller gets jammed up with the grass .

Whoever designed this machine needs to go back to school. A lack of attention to detail with small faults occurring regularly and weak components failing after less than a year. Expensive machine been back to be fixed three times, at cost.

Interesting comment. The fact you had to pay for any repair within its first year would suggest damage caused by your use and not wear and tear. What was changed? These are designed to be maintained. Not left alone and destroy everything slowly. These are the easiest pro mowers to work on with most cost effective parts too. I will agree they are expensive considering the engine choices.

Some cables are cheap. Some aren’t.
