Here I demonstrate the step by step process of how to change the front brake pads on a Toyota 4Runner. While I do not change the rotors in this particular video, I do take time to explain how to change the rotors and tell what tool you would need. Rotor explanation time stamp is 5:33.

@@bullseyenate231 Oh damn, guess I would have figured it out... Definitely worth calling out if you film something and its wrong. Just call out how its accidentally backward, for example, then show the correction. Could have got mixed up if I didnt see this comment randomly

Lug wrench? I thought you have an impact?

I did but it’s just a battery powered one. I like to use a breaker bar or lug wrench to break the initial tightness. After it is broken I use the inspect to pull it off very quickly.

@@bullseyenate231 I use a half inch battery impact gun to break and bottom out the lug nuts. Once on the ground, I use a half inch breaker bar to check snugness. I gave both of my torque wrenches to my son. My elbows were calibrated by working on B52 disc brakes!
