You can get a flexible grabber pick up tool from Ebay and you should be able to get the remains of the bulb out.You might be able to open the lamp with a heat gun,but you should try with the grabber,you might not seal it back properly.
Is a W5W bulb and you can buy it from Ebay or Amazon or any car parts shop.Until your order arrives, you can "borrow" one from the interior lights,are the same bulbs,i have a video aswell how to replace those bulbs too.
