Wonderful and precise. Thank you. Honestly, I’ve never torqued my oil filter ever lol. From years of roadracing, all I’ve seen and heard: hand tighten the filter.

Did you put the dip stick after bringing the bike in upright position? Or first make it upright and then put in the stick?

What about Primary and Gearbox fluids? Don't they need to be changed as well? I'm an old Harley guy, and on those bikes, you had to change all 3 fluids (Oil, Primary drive and Transmission) I'm not that up on Honda's system, so my question may sound stupid, but it's legit. Thanks.

Changing the oil on this should be much easier then! These bikes use the same "engine" oil for the clutches and transmission as well so you wont have to worry about filling 3 separate components.

@@rmatvmcThanks for the reply. I'm finding a lot of things about my AT that I like much better than my Harley's. I'm sure I've already had my HOG membership card revoked and been labeled persona-non-grata the moment I sat on the AT, but that's life. I never worshiped at the alter of HD, always looked at all bikes as being equal. Again, thanks for the reply. Be safe

I just went to my dealer and asked for the oil, they know what the manufacturer recommends, how much you need, and what oil filter you need

Can you explain explain how did you remove the right side bolt on the SW Motech skid plate, mine was installed at dealearship since new and for the first 3 services they perform the oil changes, now that guarantee its over I will take care of that, but that bolt its kind of hard to remove, thank you.

So, there's an engine oil filter and a clutch oil filter, but it's all the same oil? What's the point?

Insures the oil going to the DCT servos is clean regardless of the condition of the main oil filter. Sticky clutch servos would be really bad.

Is the dct cover the same either way. Basically can the cover be rotated either way and still go on properly. Not seeing anything showing up or down. Looks pretty universal

4.2 to 4.4 quarts per the owners manual, I can confirm per my oil change. Look for the table if you can find in manual, 2021 manual has no glossary. I say thanks to covid Honda didn't hire a professional English writer , Honda skipped basic book writing rules. The worse part is the confusing audio/etc Entertainment section, was written poorly/confusing, what a mess.

Ciao a tutti la mia scelta per usare il mio cellulare sulla mia moto africa twin 2019 come navigatore é ricaduta nei tre pezzi della ram mount ram-b-408-37-62u supporto telaietto parabrezza, ram-b-201u-a prolunga da 6cm e seconda della grandezza dei cellulari e di dove sono posizionati i pulsanti volume ed accensione in queste due soluzioni ram-hol-un7bu oppure ram-hol--un10bu. La ritengo la soluzione più valida per l'africa Twin 2018, 2019 vista la palpebra e in più non rischiate con prodotti tutti chiusi ed impermeabili che il cellulare vada in crash per il surriscaldamento.
