I talked to my therapist today about some of the ideas you’ve shared about goal-setting,habit-forming/keeping, and thought-changing. she loved everything and is super glad that I’m doing things like the weekly Life Map to help me achieve my goals :)
You don't need a laptop to write. You just need paper. I know it's not as easy, but it is possible. You can also use computers at the library. Most towns have some form of public transport to get people with disabilities around. You should look into it. Again it's not easy, but it's not impossible. And if the library doesn't work, again, go back to handwriting.
