I use a steno pad to practice the 3 Gratitudes, incorporated into my Daily Exam which is part of my Night Routine. The Ignatius Exam also includes my To-Do list. I like how you set your daily plan, giving me a better way of using my Franklin Planner.
I'd love to get that planner, but it's way too pricy for me (I'm from Argentina and our economy is crap lol). Although, I agree about the importance of habit tracking. I've done it and it has helped me a lot! The only habit I can't track (I'm blocked) is my spending, but I have to find a way to do it! BTW, amazing video as always, Frankie! Hey Frank, I just found this in the Matt D'Avella course. I liked and subscribed. I'm only six videos into this journey. Very impressed with your video , great tone and b roll. I'm going to post video over the weekend in which i show a little more personality and b-roll. I experimented a little with the first five videos and i'm leaning into selling personality / story/ journey. I'm not very active in the groups hopefully that'll change.
