Wow....I had a crank + no start issue on my Maddog 50 and I did the same exact thing you did. Put the wrong bolts in the fan, drove it straight into my stator. Thank the heavens you're on RU-vid, I would've never guessed it was something as silly as that.
I also like to throw crap at chinesium parts but to be honest that stuff works pretty good in my experience. My scooter is 14 years old and it still works like new. I ordered a cheap 50mm BBK and an A9 cam from Aliexpress. All in I paid 70 bucks with new clutch springs and some jets for my 20mm carb. I'm not really out for top speed, I just want torque for days.
@@GhettoWrench Have you ever found a way to do some cheap roller weight tuning? I don't want to buy all these rollers for tuning it. Do you think a drilled out nut would also work in a pinch? That way I could tune it right with minimal cost and then buy the correct weight rollers after my nut tuning 😂
@schwuzi they make a kit. Search Prima Roller tuning kit. That may be a 150, but I am sure there is a 50 one also. It is like $36 I think but comes with every weight. They are cheap weights and not for forever use. Once you get the size you want you can order good ones. Also you can add tin foil to the holes in your weights to make em heavier. You need a scale to get them the same. You can drill them out more to make them lighter
Man 47mm piston 51mm head with 64mm rockers an cam an pwk an CVT an some blood sweat an dropped nuts an bolts an parts ..... The dam thing runs for now.
@thefightingchance I watch videos on the 11 pole and no one really shows what to do with that extra yellow wire. Some forums say don't use it. That would just be like a 6 or 8 pole again. I bet that rectifier takes all the wires from the 11 pole stator and that's why.
@@GhettoWrench ok. I’ll see when I get around to it how they match. I hadn’t found anything on the rectifier/stator install other than the basic plug n play. Currently prep for the pwk install.
@xDragonHawk To get my bike to start and run. It is not making electricity to fire the spark plug right now. You have to watch the previous trouble shooting video and it explains what all the stator does.
@@tazyc973 Just a random one from ALIEXPRESS. Have to do some cutting and welding to make them fit. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DDi00ligHCE.htmlsi=ydUtmPEAVvlMPEmO
Ive been having horrible luck with my icebear. The 50mm kit was too big because the seams where off from factory. So i did a 47 mm kit and it was missing a ring. Currently om trying to get the shavings out of the engine from the piston going bad. Got any suggestions?
@BillEddie open the drain up and keep flushing out the engine. Most that stuff is aluminum and won't do too much damage. Did you just get reject cylinder kits or what? I usually order internal engine parts from ncystore com or gy6racing off ebay or some place reliable. I have not had any good luck with my aliexpress engine parts.
@@GhettoWrench I've never done anything like this in my life and I GOT IT STARTED JUST NOW. I GOT IT DUDE FUCK YES I CANT BELIEVE IT. it's just cheap kits for now sense I'm so new so if I have problems I don't return it. You spent 300 on the kit right? I only spent like 200 on everything including the variator. Good ol glixal
