How To: Change your snowthrower auger paddles (rubber flaps)!!! 

This video shows the step by step method to changing the rubber auger paddles (also known as flaps) on a Honda HS520 single stage snowthrower.
This will also work on many other snowthrower models.
You may find that your snowthrower performance finishes over time.... this could be your problem!
These rubber flaps are a wear item, just like changing the tread on a car tire.
