Yes, the first thing you wanna do is check your cable and then switch it. I have a bunch of different cables so if one doesn’t work, I use another good luck enjoy Thanksgiving and thanks for watching.
@@TomLeeman i need some help. Mine is older it's like a yeR old. When I plug it I it turns red but then the red light turns off. Then every 3 seconds it flashes red for like 5 milliseconds. It dosent matter what charger or position I put it in It never turns green and it never works when I'm done
It does seem to turn off my flying orb after 15 minutes of charging instead of indicating green. Did I overcharged longer than 15 minutes? I might've ended up left distracted while doing other stuff.
I'm confused... In several of your replies you mentioned that it takes 15 minutes to charge, and that you can use it for about 15 minutes. But you have one other reply here in which you said it takes 20 minutes charging to get 7 minutes of use. I'm trying to weigh out this product as a Christmas gift idea for a couple people, so could you give me more precise charging/discharging figures?
It worked great we used it. Later we charged it and it started blinking green but it won't turn on anymore when I push the on button it won't light up. Any suggestions??
@TomLeeman thanks for the response. Turns out the LED strip came out of the little track that it sits in and was preventing the fan from spinning. I used a bit of super glue on the track under the LED strip and it's been working great!
I got one for Christmas and when I put it on the charger it stays red for a couple seconds then there is no light while on the charger then when I take it off the charger to play with it it's dies in a couple seconds
HELP??? I bought 3 of these hovering Balls and charged them by plugging into my laptop. all was well with charging, just as you instructed. After 30 minutes, the charging was completed and I pushed the tiny button. The lights flashed, I shook the ball a couple of times in a vertical motion, but the motor failed to turn on. I turned the ball off as directed, and tried giving it additional shakes. I repeated the steps with the second ball and got the same results. Both failed to work except for the lights. I am awaiting your instruction before engaging with the third ball. I am 82 and wanted to test them before giving them as a gift. (I also want to have a little fun before giving them to my granddaughters. Can you help me?
I got confused how to charge it.. I charged it for like hours, but its not turns on,my brother cut the LID light too, and if i left it for like 5 mins when its charging the red lights is turn off..
You have to make sure that you’ve got the USB plugged in all the way in on these things when you try to put it in it pushes away so you may have to stick your finger in there and really put some pressure on it
