Because of this i want to quit playing online chess and play over board only.. i never tought people try to cheat in chess.. so pathetic and now i understand why 800 rated players have rating strengths above 1300 often…
@@goncaza1272 Sorry to inform you, but I ran a 1540 game test with a modified version of Stockfish to play the least winning move (least best move that doesn't lose eval points). I lost 37% of the games with equal probability distribution from 1200 to 2000 rating. That is, it took 1540 games to go from 1200 to 2000 using this method. Of the remaining games, I drew 14%. So that's 51% of the players are cheating...minimum. Of the remaining 49% of the games, more than 1/3 of my opponents never suffered another eval loss after making a 2+ point blunder. 1/3 of 49% is 16%. So now we're up to 67% of the playerbase cheats...minimum, at all ratings. The math doesn't lie and the test is easy enough for anyone to replicate. This very video is what inspired me to run the test. And the account I used to do it didn't get caught or banned while performing it (thanks to my own coding that played automatic recaptures that didn't lose eval points). Get fukt cheater. Only cheaters say that chess cheating is paranoia. Which means you're one of them. The math doesn't lie. Good day.
Anyone that cheats in Chess should have a permanent label for life that they have cheated and how many times. Most legit people would never play them and they would only playing scumbags like themselves.

nope, cheaters can have fun with cheating. So cheating is not a waste of time for them even tho their account got banned. they dont care, they will make a new account and have another fun again.

I like to play chess because it’s exercise for your brain. People who cheat are actually harming themselves. They may get wins, but no benefit to their brain. It’s better to lose and to learn than to win and not learn anything.
Practice makes perfect .chess is similar to solving a rubik's cube: you can only solve the rurbiks cube if you know the pattern. Similarly chess also has patterns for all the openings. By using this extension, you willl develop muscle memory and learn quickly
If someone is not good yet, that's no reason to "play checkers" as you patronizingly put it, but it's also no reason to cheat. Nobody starts as a GM. People have to learn. Also, it's "you're", not "your". Try taking a spelling and grammar class.
Those people that actually cheat on chess are mostly people that got beaten by an 8 year old and now is sad that they cant play chess properly and resort to the most rock bottom way to combat this which is cheating

Whats the point of taking peoples hard earned rating JUST for the fun when you can analyze your own games AND learn THERE, like bro I dont get it, im not great at chess but seeing the ian vs anish giri game where ian just pushed pawns helped me learn so many ideas, you only do this for satisfaction, not for learning. If you wanted use a chess engine against a bot and do it there, cheating against real people is so sad, you may as well just say youre a loser lol, besides you can literally analyze for free?? @@Trenchv1 we all know that we should calculate as if the opponent is going to play a "perfect" chess game, but that doesnt mean that we can simply forget that the opponent is a human (or at least is supposed to). humans are supposed to make mistakes are some point, so cant you also learn how to keep advantage in game, and learn with their mistakes?

Bruh. why cant people use bots like stockfish AFTER the game instead of using it during the game. Like its a tool for analysis not cheating to win some goofy games that wont matter in a long term chess career anyways.

@@cdollar67 You literally assumed that every smart person didn't need to cheat because they were just so good at everything, including chess. Smart or not, I don't see how cheating affects you.
All you have to do is use any engine you like, make sure not to win all games, CC will take no notice. I have plenty of cheaters in my history that were reported, used top 3 lines of engine the entire game, got away with it
I'm 1100 rated and my God it makes so much sense now. I always wonder how on earth was I losing so many won positions. Like from a piece down somehow these opponents manage to win these damn games by playing some ridiculous moves. These extensions are the reason😂

what's the point about cheating ??? If you are bad at chess, just don't play this game if this a problem for you. I am really not good at chess ( 600 elo after more than a thousand games ) but i play this game because i like it.
nope, its hard to study. every book of chess is expensive to buy. how we can learn it? there is no content creator that make a full of chess teory content. from the basic to expert. Mostly its just opening things.@@masonutb5bg606
Cheating doesnt really benefit you anything apart from a fake sense of achievement. In fact cheating makes you worse at chess than you already are since you start relying on cheats for even the simplest moves
just open cdc and lichess and play with computer in one of them with the opponent color and do what the engine plays but yeah you have to keep in mind something
flip the board for ease and seperate both of em side by side it will make easier to cheat. not even your opponent can blame you for your play cuz you just taking some 10-15 sec to play each move
if you are a low rated player then dont go to 3200 komodo bot or stockfish 8 just dont cuz the accuracy is going to be wild then and the admin will ban your acc use some 1600-2000 bots for low rated and if you are high rated then just dont you got potential and they not be proud
