Before starting this project, it's a good idea to have extra shims. You can get these from your local Polaris dealership or on our website.

1:09 Start the engine and spin the clutches while machine is in park
1:30 Check alignment with a business card
2:41 Torque bolt to spec (43 FT LBS 2018-2021 or 20 FT LBS for 2022+)
2:54 Start engine and spin clutches. Check alignment again. Make alignment correction again if needed.
3:14 Install plastic clutch cover and air box cover. You are done!
