Great video I just installed the duraclutches on my general it is showing a misfire 3 times within 1 mile I was wondering if you can put in a performance tune while you lower the tolerance for the misfire code have a great day be safe
You are correct. I will update the video title. This video was made before the SOHC 1000 model was introduced. Some of the new 2021 XP models also have a non ebs type clutch as well which this lockout shim does not apply to. Thank you for the comment.
If your thinking about purchasing, I did last week and it is a HUGE difference. I watched all the videos and you can't tell, but once you have it installed you can I'd say it feels 1.5 times faster then before. My 2 cents.
I have a 2020 Ranger XP 1000 and had the tuner and clutch kit done to my SXS.....OMG !!! This thing REALLY rips now, runs cooler and very happy with the upgrade! Great Job to Gilomen!!!!
In the info on website, it says RPM up to 8800, is that fully opened up? Or is the newest ECU tune on the website newer than the one in the video? Thanks
And yet my bms small 800cc China automatic 4x4 buggy does 70 stock and I only pay 10 k so this goes to show that no need to be a fool and spend 20 plus k to get the same results and mine is not even tune. Im just saying so don't hate .

@@EevertLeino before running your CSer & making a further ass out of yourself watch the video again… Do you see that little green light lit up on the dash that says “MPH”?? Also, if you weren’t too busy licking windows you’d also realize that 80km/h is only about 50MPH which these machines will do much over that in stock form… Now, go on & get back to your coloring book boy!..
Looking at getting your tune, does this bring it to 100HP or close? I know they have the factory settings pretty restricted. Also, can you adjust tire size in your tune (to correct speedo)?
You can buy the just flashed ECU or with clutch kit. you will not get the full performance without the clutch kit. Its very simple to change. 1 spring and 3 weights. Basic skills. I did both . My ranger is a totally different machine now. It sounds and runs like a RZR and has no Jerky takeoff. I use mine to haul and work also. The Kit is cheaper on Ebay. Hope this helps you out .
Hi Eric, I have done hundreds of these 900 G4 tunes and have not heard of anyone having issues. The power level and rpm that the motor is run at is well within the engineered limits of the ProStar 900 engine. Our 2015 900 Crew that you see in the video has logged almost 3000 miles with this tune setup and its running as strong as ever. If you have over 2000 miles on your machine you will want to make sure your clutches are in good shape before installing the clutch. If you bring your machine down to us I offer installation of the clutch kit and tune your Ecu for $500.
