Actually I received a mail and in which spf is passed but DKIM is fail Just need to confirm whether mail is genuine or fake

DKIM in mail is just like https in website. Actually when sender send mail then if sender server configured for DKIM it will use digital signature with mail . On received end receiver server verify integrity of mail from DKIM signature , DKIM may be failed because of following reason 1.if mail sent from third party on behalf of real domain 2.DKIM signature header domain doesn’t match the domain found in the From header. 3. Email body tempred 3.DNS server of sender is down 4. Used open DKIM

So if DKIM is failed can we consider e mail as genuine I received job offer from abroad that's why I wanted to make sure everything

Yes you can, but I will suggest not to do so. If a genuine company or a big firm then DKIM should not be failed.
