great explanation. my construction is under process.. but the columns are a big disaster ...all looks empty from places..i can see bars most of the place. The column and down beam are not aligned. The material used is round aggregates for columns, beam and roof. so ,kindly sir let me know how long this structure will last and it is safe to make another floor over it.

Hi, i am suffering from a big loss, our contractor has left the work in between as he was asking for 4lakhs more apart from the BOQ. And when we denied to pay he left the work. Also he has crossed the renovation time period, he has given us 2.5 months time but he has crossed more than 3 months. Please advise us what to do now. What action we can take against him?
