Hello attorney, my name Edward from Africa. I'm over 21 years old and unmarried. My father petitioned for me on February 2022. He was a green card holder when he filed for me and months later he became a US citizen and added his naturalization to the petition. But anytime that i check my case status it says the my case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. Please my question is how long will uscis approve my case. Thank you
Hi, i filed f4 for my sibling in 2012 and got email that your i130 petition form has been received. Recently I got email from them mentioning : your case status :acceptance . Your case has been received to electronic immigration system for processing. What does it exactly means? Should I expect that soon it will be under review? Thanks
I have a question and I hope u can answer to my question it would mean alot to me. My case status in ceac says that is ready for interview. but when I wrote an email to my embassy of US in my country they said that they didn’t receive my case yet and that they will send me email for instructions when they get the case. My question to u Sir is that should I complete the ds 160 now ? or should I wait till the consulate emails me for instructions.
hello brother i hope you will answer to my question my aunt applied f4 visa for my father in dec2011 and we got a reciept number to track the case and till now the status is showing that we have recieved your petition its almost 12 years now can you please tell what is wrong with thos havent the reviewed my petition yet as i am from india and theres a lot of backlog for india
