Learned something neat, if you got the "Holysword of the Ark" She usually tries to parry your attacks if you're going in while she's doing nothing. But, if you do a charge swing with that sword's default state, she'll miss time the parry and you'll deal massive damage to her rapier. For me, this broke it in just two strikes. This greatly reduces both her attack range and her damage, making the fight significantly easier.
THANK YOU I was stuck on this boss for AGES but your tactic was perfect! After her sword breaks she fights like a normal boss and I was able to take her down
Used a combo of the video's tactic and yours. Basically turned to the Holy Sword of the Ark after I ran out of stuff to throw at her, hah. A very good trick! She was annoying, this one, glad it's over lol
This was the easiest way for me to defeat her. Just get close to her and go around while trying to block all her attacks then she stands still for a second to get backstabbed. Do this over and over. I decided to use the deus ex machina for this too, the arm that lays mines, helps a bit aswell.
There are some spikes on the ground that you can hide behind and it confuses her a bit. Gives you a chance to fully charge up your electric arm thingy and blast her over and over whenever she approaches. A full arm gauge took half her health for me
This boss kicked my ass for a whole day! Until I realized her best move is jabbing forward, meaning that dodging to the side and getting a hit in with each Dodge is a sure fire way to beat her!
i ended up using up all my throwables (i didn’t have the maximums) and then ran out of health. i didn’t want to farm at that point so i ended up just fighting her normal. i strafed her to the right and tried for backstabs. i parried as much as i could and eventually broke her sword. took about seven minutes i think. i also unloaded my legion arm with the missiles a couple times. quite the mini boss
That is always rough when you run out of throwables before the fight is over, but I'm glad you were able to take her out a different way! She is indeed quite the mini boss, lol.
@@Ogles i saw a guide from pcgames that said she was optional so i tried to find another path to skip her as she was a frustrating fight but i couldn’t find any other way. so i checked a different source and of course shes mandatory. so i manned up and beat her lol
I fought her straight up a few times but kept dying right towards the end, so mixing in some throwables definitely helps! You fan farm the electric ones pretty easily in the starting area, just for anyone low on ergo
So i went and farmed to get souls and buy all these items only for her to dodge most of the items while spam attacking me. She does the the spin stab attack none stop on me.
Absolutely terrible boss. A endlessly tracking stamina defying 6 hit combo. Her computer perfect parries, the auto combo spam on white baring her. What the hell is wrong with this game
Sorry im 4 months late but I enjoyed this fight. It makes you really think about your positioning (f.e dont stay close or mid range for no reason or she gets easy quick jabs at you). With the right positioning you can fairly easy get accustomed to her patterns and break her weapon. She also makes you earn those backstabs unlike donkey or other humanoid NPCs
Half the time the throwables won' t hit her but they do if you time it right. I just wait for her to attack, hit her or throw, and step back. Her moves are telegraphed so once you run out of throwables, which you will for sure, just do that. It will take a while, but you will win. Thanks though, it helped a bunch.
Yeah just got to time the throwables when she's in cooldown from an attack or next to an obstacle. But glad you got her and best of luck with the rest of the game!
@@davidstockman1456That. I really hate parry and suck in it, no matter how hard i try. Never finished Sekiro and Wo Long Fallen Dynasty because of it.
@@stateofmind578 all i can say is just keep trying and you will beat them i was the same untill this year i have went back and beat them all just need to be in the right mindset
@@MrMultiPlatform lmao no really the only humanoid boss that took me a few tries was the mad donkey only bc I was just learning the mechanics and what not but you just have to hold block circle and backstab or charge heavy/fable arts. I’m sorry if they gave you a hard time buddy.
