How to chemical strip a vct floor 

Here are the basics of chemical stripping vct floors. We will be using a slow speed buffer with a black pad. We will be picking up solution with a wet dry squeeze vacuum. We will be doing a double rinse. 2nd rinse will be using 5% vinegar with water to neutralize floor. There stripper mix ratio is 6 to 1. Wait time
For stripper to do it work is around 20 minutes. Before running slow speed. We will be applying wax with a rayon blend mop. I have been a custodian for over 20 years.
