I am from America and it is very interesting to see how skateboarding is different in India. I have never heard of many of these skateboard brands. There are a lot more brands in the US.
Oh definitely... In India we have more local brands since it's difficult to get a hang of boards like Santa Cruz, baker, tricks... Because of imports and customs.
Bro really true, my weight is 110kg i purchased skateboard from Amazon it was about 800rs and it just broke after standing on it i thought, after that i literally stopped thinking about learning skateboard but when i got to decathlon store and checked the skateboard it was very sturdy and didn't brake probably Amazon selling trashy skateboard, i bought longboard i don't wanna do stunt i just wanna ride and chill just cruising around the city thanks for the info guys don't buy the cheap stuff it's trash.

Skateboard lene se better cruiser board Lelo.. it will be better. Comfort bhi hoga and usage sahi hoga.. don't go for a skateboard if you're not going to do tricks and stunts.. Cruiser board decathlon ya fir skate supply dekh sakte ho.. Decathlon has good quality and good price.. skate supply I haven't checked.
Bro I heard that Skateboards Manufactured in Mexico are the quality ones than the ones manufactured in China because skateboard manufactured in Mexico is More durable as Climate is Dry there than in China so Where to Buy one In India?

I have heard that is is alright for complete beginners.. so make sure you buy good quality protection and helmet.. incase if the board crumbles you're safe. I found a skateboard brand "hearty skateboards" and it seems to have all the requirements (aluminium trucks, 7 layered Canadian Maplewood) however they did not mentioned what material the wheels are made of. The skateboards are within my budget, should I buy from the brand? (Most completes wheels are 52mm)

@@saadmoeen1301 I would recommend to not buy from Amazon.. If you really want to skateboard (tricks and the sport) but if it is just photos and fake skater.. it's alright.. You can Opt for Decathlon or Piso as I feel they are 2 best ones in India currently along with dankies and some other brands
Hey so, i live in bangalore & i assume you do to. I've been meaning to buy a skateboard, I have prior experience for 6-7 years with in line skates & wanted to give skateboarding a try. Do you have any specific stores in mind, from where I could purchase skateboards? I'm looking out to learn tricks & the board should be sturdy & of good quality such that it lasts a long long time. Hey you, If you want something that helps with durability.. these wouldn't help as much but I can suggest a way.. buy the board from decathlon... Once the wood breaks.. skate supply and piso will be best as spare decks.. it's affordable as well. Much more than decathlon
Thank you so much. Skate supply I haven't tested yet and it's a new company. I got a lot of mixed feelings from the skaters who used the boards . Some broke it in 2 days.. some in 2-4 months (normal in skateboarding) so I'm not sure.. so far it's exactly 50-50 for me.. and since I've not tested I do not want to give false info as well. So I stand as 50-50 too..
@@Jakkss I was a bit skeptical as the prices were lower as compared to the other brands you mentioned, I am completely new to skateboarding and dont have any boards as of currently. Do you reckon I should try a board from skate supply or should I just stick to decathlon? (thank you for replying)
Hey so you can either use Piso skateboards or also opt for Dankies however the dankies would be an assembled skateboard so may cost a lot. At the moment if you find the compatible skateboard from skate supply India.. it can work too (however I'm not sure of their quality as I've got very highly mixed reviews)
Canadian maple with glass fibre is the best in the market you'll get . Densities depend on the level of manufacturing... Teak wood is not ideal as its just normal wood and will fall apart soon

Should I buy Piso or skate supply India. I don’t want to try decathlon because it’s badly made I have tried it from my friends skateboard and it was very heavy and does not pop what would you prefer Piso or skate supply India skateboards I am thinking of buying the dragon fly one and the 5000 to 6000 range skateboards from skate supply India which one would you prefer. I have a jaspo one but it really not that great it does not pop and the grip tape tore apart very easily and I am thinking of buying my next skateboard next month
I have Jaspo Big Bang 31"x8", Maple wood 7 layers, Aluminium trucks and PU wheels.. got it for rs 1500 .. but you mentioned in one of your comment Jaspo are not real skateboards.. why is it so? (yes I agree for fibre ones but the one I mentioned)
Hey bud. So here's the thing. Jaspo is board which is ideal for someone who wants to just stand on the board. The technicalities and durability of the boards is somewhat ideal to a toy board. It's a below average board based on the usage. You take any skateboard mentioned from the brands above and learn from scratch till doing intermediate flat ground. They will last very long. I have broken Jaspo boards in less than 30 mins doing the same tricks. So ideally no.. but if someone wants to know what it is to stand on a skateboard? Sure.
Nahi. Online website se mat lena, they cost less but quality utna hi bekaar hota hai. Agar kaafi low budget hai, toh check for 2nd hand. Majority of people sell it at very less price as they use it once or twice and then leave it.. woh zyada acha hoga

For 16 years the budget seems a bit low for a standard good skateboard.. if you think she will use it and practice for longer time... go for a better quality from Decathlon or the brands mentioned above... But if you think she won't use it for longer time and wants something like a toy... go for Jaspo skateboards
It is generally hard but brittle and has little tensile strength, so the flex from skateboard forces will likely snap if it isn't reinforced with something like fiberglass... So in simple terms.. it will break faster..
Bro my budget is something around 3k-3.5k and i am thinking of jaspo canadian maple with 95a wheel and 53mm and also abec 9 trucks Is ot good or should i see something else ??
No no no .. we do not put Jaspo in the conversation of Piso and Oxelo.. for context.. Piso and Oxelo is like Nike and Adidas in Skateboard.. Jaspo is like fake Puma called Pumba ... As for your question.. piso good for lightweight and Oxelo good for durability... It depends on you what you like..
@@nazar1080 both of them are smoother .. the difference is weight and durability.. when I used PISO.. I could feel the board being very light... But since pop very much.. it used to crack early for me... So I switched back to Oxelo
