Try Gum Damar, great fresh lemony fragrance. Also Gum Benzoin it is a sensual earthy smell and a perfume fixative. I made some incense balls then rolled them in dried Pot Marigold petals over 25 years ago, they still smell wonderful. Check out a book by Polly Pinder if you can find one I think it was called homemade!?
