The concepts for LHBH (and RHFH) is exactly the same, only the actual flight lines will be mirror images of what is shown in the video. If it makes you feel better, I'm left-handed too :-)

Brandon - The disc selection process for left and right handed players is the same, but the flight paths will be mirror images of each other. For example, both left and right handed players will get a highly predictable turn from overstable discs, but the for righties the turn/curve will be to the left and for lefties the turn/curve will be to the right. slower, or hyzer ("wing down"), or some combination of the two. also, try washing the discs in hot water then lay them on a flat table while they're still toasty so they can cool off, and set something flat on them to add some even pressure to the discs to make them a little less domey (to raise the parting line height some, which makes them more stable than before). this will also help alleviate some warping that the discs might have from being in a hot car mashed up next to other cargo or whatever.

how would this be different for RHFH? Are the concepts still the same, but simply mirror imaged? (but the OTHER video said that release speed is faster on a RHFH with slower rotation, so does that mean that optimal speed for FH drivers should be higher?

I think dimples would hurt the stability and shorten the flight. Maybe for a putter disc?
