Thank you dearly for this video! I just got a single G singing bowl. Along with healing my intentions are to use singing bowls for meditation and hopefully to help with channeling higher beings. I’m waiting on some more money to get a set when the time is right, but do you have a specific way of meditation or just having intension is enough?

Yes, I meditate a few times a day, at least twice with both my Transcendental Meditation (TM) practice and also with my Crystal Singing Bowls that I teach in The Healing Sound Arts Program (www.kaleecoombs.com/healing-sound-arts-apprenticeship-certification/) I personally don't need to channel because all the information I need comes from my highest self and I receive guidance at the moment exactly when I need it. I'd love to know what sizes you're using here.. Feeling it would be smart to create a "nesting set" for easy transport but I'm not a massive fan of the higher pitches. I noticed the third eye was a larger bowl/lower tone which I liked as usually the "top two" are usually the smallest in a set. Wondering if you have any thoughts on creating a set, maybe of different sizes? And what size bowls you're using here would be amazing :)

This is a small-sized Chakra set of bowls that will have smaller bowls. The largest is 12" -8". You can get a large-set and then we customize for nesting and adjust the sizes so that you can get a few more larger bowls if you like. Hi Kalee, Thank you for your video. I am wanting to purchase my first singing bowl and I’m trying to choose the right one for me. I am drawn to the lower tones of the base and sacral chakras. I am told to go with the one that resonates the most. But I am also aware that it’s beneficial to go for one that will work on a chakra that may be weak for me. I feel the sacral chakra singing bowl I resonate so well with it, but this chakra is already a very active one for me and feel that it doesn’t need more stimulation. Mind you I do have ovarian issues that would benefit. What are your thoughts, could you help me with finding some clarity?

Just pick a bowl that makes your whole body tingle and sit and sing with it focused on what you want to heal.
